The new eighth edition of monthly newsletter “Land reform in Ukraine” forecasts the losses of land owners and users. The permanent readers (about 20 000people) of unique edition can use information about new Acts and methodical recommendations, explanations of management of Land resources State Committee of Ukraine.
All information gathered in August edition helps agricultural enterprises to define the short-received profit due to long-distance conduits, gas-pipes, electric lines located on enterprises’ areas.
Short-received profit means the profit which land owner, land user or land renter has to receive in case of redemption, land quality reduction, unfit conditions to land use, negative land conditions as a result of enterprise’s activity.
The newsletter «Land reform in Ukraine» № 8 includes the form of ACT and ORDER for arrangement of necessary procedures defining the losses and their compensations.
