In May, PRT Communication group within the common project with European Commission’s Delegation in Ukraine and Byelorussia have represented the first issue of the national newspaper “ Ukraine- EU in details”.
The newspaper is edited within the project aimed to raise the level of awareness about EU and Ukrainian-EU relations among the people of Ukraine. This newspaper endeavors Ukrainian people to understand better the EU policy, values and mission, besides to know the EU presents in life of each Ukrainian.
In the first issue of newspaper clears up as the advantages of EU neighborhood policy in the European experience of energy conservation as the methods of European transportation issues overcoming.
«This issue begins the cycle of informational and educational projects, which should to take the Ukrainian people into the true information about EU, its purposes and relations with Ukraine» commented the European Commission’s Delegation in Ukraine and Byelorussia.
16-striped full-colored newspaper is distributed as official registered addition to the most popular Mass Media in more than 10 regions of Ukraine.
This is the second long-term project which is embodied by PRT for European Commission’s Delegation. In 2007 PRT hold the informational campaign for European Commission in order to raise the awareness about the foreign policy and EU values. As a result of the project, PRT has established the cooperation with regional Mass Media and arranged the necessary measures to strengthen the Mass Media loyalty concerning European topics.
