The Agreement envisages cooperation between the companies in the segment of corporate and financial communications. The partners will pay special attention to communication services on support of IPO entries for Ukrainian companies, including those on world stock exchange platforms. It is worth mentioning that FD, which was awarded as “International Consultancy of the Year” by PR Week Awards in 2006 and as “Public Relations Firm of the Year 2007” by Financial Times / Mergermarket, is reputed one of the world’s leaders by amount of successfully implemented campaigns on IPO entry.
