A wide circle of representatives of purposeful sphere of activity gather together to join efforts and decisions to solve a given task. A consultative character of forum gives not only an opportunity to reduce to a common conclusion of expressed ideas, but also to create a great number of information occasions for journalists.
As a rule, the representatives of profile public institutions and commissions of experts take part in forums; it increases the level of meeting competence and informational agitation in MCM.
