Round table is “a meeting of equals” to achieve objective understanding of a solving problem, and very often its purpose is to work out a vector that develops situation further. Round table gives an opportunity to generalize the ideas and skills of the participants in discussing of an argent, very often global question.
Specific character of a round table lies in the fact that all the participants take the parts of opponents; they express their point of view on the question under discussion and not on the point of views of the other participants; it gives them an opportunity to solve the prablem more considerably and unprejudiced.
Round table, as a rule, is not an instrument of working out specific decisions, but it plays a weighty, informational, propagandistic role while solv a given problem.
